- In-house site surveying (including total-station surveys) and 2D/3D CAD modelling which can be integrated into BIM and shared directly with architects, engineers, and clients
- Detailed design development, including material selection (steel, timber, brick, GRP/FRP), structural calculations, value engineering, and technical compliance
- Planning and regulatory approvals (e.g. CDM compliance, EA permits, AIP where relevant)
- Buildability assessments and value engineering to reduce cost and improve efficiency
Fabrication & Build
- Fabrication of components ranging from structural steel frames (lintels, beams, balconies, staircases) to bespoke metalwork, GRP, FRP, timber elements, and brickwork
- Installation including on-site construction and assembly, installation of fabricated elements, integration with existing infrastructure, and logistics, access, and environmental management
- Procurement of materials and subcontractors
