About Us
From Humble Beginnings to Infrastructure Innovation
Triangle Ltd is a UK-based engineering and infrastructure company with a proud history of delivering high-quality, innovative solutions across the civil infrastructure and utility sectors. Founded in 2009, Triangle has grown from a small fabrication-focused operation to a trusted project delivery partner for major clients across the public and private sectors.
Our name, Triangle, is inspired by the Triangle Sugar Estates in Zimbabwe, where our founder spent his formative years surrounded by natural beauty and inspiring landscapes. Symbolic of strength and stability, the triangle symbol is a fitting tribute to our origins and enduring values.
Our History
2010
We acquired our first fabrication workshop and created offices from a repurposed mobile home. This year also marked our expansion into cattle grid maintenance and broader steel fabrication services
2016
A breakthrough year - we partnered with Hampshire Council to develop the world’s first precast highway grids, reducing road closure times from three weeks to just six working days and reducing emissions by 88%. A triumph for us as a company but also for the wider environmental impact this would have
2017
Triangle transitioned into a project management-focused business, moving into new office space at Glasshouse Studios, Fordingbridge. We continued with cattle grids and steel maintenance design, procurement, and installation
2021
We purchased and moved into our current headquarters at 32 Glasshouse Studios, cementing our commitment to growth and operational excellence
2024
After years working alongside Milestone Infrastructure, Triangle were highlighted as one of their preferred sub-contractors for providing exceptional service whilst maintaining an incident free record
2025
Triangle has seen considerable expansion into civil infrastructure, developing innovative designs and heading large scale projects for utility systems

Health, Safety & Environmental Commitment
At Triangle, our commitment to health, safety, and environmental protection is fundamental to everything we do. Whether we’re working at height, over water, or near live rail networks, we apply the highest standards of planning, protection, and professionalism.
Health & Safety First
We never compromise on safety. Our teams operate under strict safety protocols, including a mandatory 6-point PPE policy on all sites and rigorous planning for high-risk environments. For specialist projects, we source and deploy bespoke safety equipment and lifting gear suited to the specific demands of the task.
We even carry our own defibrillator to ensure immediate response readiness in remote or high-risk locations. Every site is assigned a dedicated Project Manager, ensuring compliance, quality control, and a constant focus on safety performance.
Protecting the Environment
Our responsibility to the environment is taken just as seriously. We work to Environment Agency standards, especially when operating in sensitive areas such as the New Forest. Our teams are trained to minimise environmental impact, and every operative understands their role in maintaining compliance and good practice.
In-House Compliance Innovation
To support our high standards, we’ve developed a bespoke in-house software system for managing Construction Phase Programmes. This tool audits and tracks:
